Episode 12 – Meatloaf

A fabulous quick very tasty dinner. You will love this classic meatloaf with a wonderful sauce baked on top.

Ingredients:

3 Pounds (1.36 Kilograms) of Ground Beef

1 1/2 Cups (173 grams) Onions

1 1/2 Cups (262 grams) Bell Peppers

6 Tablespoons (84 grams) Ketchup

3 Tablespoons (51 grams) Worcestershire Sauce

3 Eggs

2 1/4 Teaspoons (6.25 grams) salt

1 1/2 Teaspoons (4.85 grams) Garlic Powder

1 Teaspoon (2.3 grams) Black Pepper

3 Cups (500 grams) Bread Crumbs

Sauce:

3/4 Cups (169 grams) Ketchup

6 Tablespoons (75 grams) Light Brown Sugar

6 Tablespoons (89.4 grams) Red Wine Vinegar
