Episode 7 – Graham Crackers

These graham cracker are amazing and I hope you enjoy this recipe as much as I have. It was not difficult and only baked for about 20 minutes. When they are removed from the oven just take a knife or a pizza cutter and create some lines but don't cut all the way through. After it cools off completely it will be very crisp and then you will be able to break it up into perfect squares. Enjoy and Thank You for watching!

2 1/2 cups whole wheat flour plus more for dusting (not stone-ground or white whole white flour)
1 1/2 teaspoons baking soda
1/4 teaspoon ground cinnamon
1/4 teaspoon Salt
3/4 cup butter softened (1 1/2 sticks)
3/4 cup sugar
1/4 cup molasses (unsulfured, not blackstrap) or honey or sorghum (not maple syrup)
1 tablespoon vanilla extract
