Ingredients:
1 1/4 (250 grams) sugar
2 Tablespoons (17 grams) Flour
1/2 Cup (113 grams) Butter
1 Cup (240 grams) Buttermilk
1 Teaspoon (4.2 grams) Vanilla Extract
1 Tablespoon (14.4 grams) Lemon Juice
1 Tablespoon (6 grams) Lemon Zest
pinch of salt
